The 1 L Le Parfait "Color Vis" Screw Top Jars are a super versatile jar to have in your kitchen! With an air tight and pest proof plastic lid (with gasket) and wide openings, these are fabulous glass food storage jars. But, you can also use these with the Familia Wiss Terrine gold sealing capsules and screw lids for preserving food in them.
Use for storing homemade salads, soups and meals in the fridge for easy grabbing to take to work or heating and eating later. Also a great size for coffee, tea bags, dried herbal teas, nuts, seeds and so much more.
These jars have the gorgeous, curved Super shape.
The bright orange lids are classic Le Parfait - they mix and match well with the Super and Super Terrine jars with their orange rubber ring for a seamless look.
You can purchase the 100 mm gold Le Parfait Familia Wiss Terrine metal sealing capsules and full lids and use in place of the plastic lids (please note, these plastic lids do not work on the Familia Wiss Terrine jars). When using the Familia Wiss Terrine capsules and lids, you can use these jars for the traditional open kettle / hot fill / overflow, water bath and pressure canning.
